Fatiguing pretty quick here though.

Sandbag Over Shoulder 5 minute AMRAP @ 60

Super fatigued. Felt like it wasn’t going to go over any more after 2 failures.
Only 3 reps!

Summary

Tired today.
Main lifts felt ok but sandbag was disappointing.

Top set felt tougher than I expected.
Back sets feeling better but still heavy.

Bench 5×5 @ 94

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 went super slow so stripped to 90kg.
S3 also moving slowly so stripped again to 85kg.
Last 2 sets all good but the left tricep seemed to be lagging a little on a few reps.

Deadlift 1×5 @ 147.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Split this 3 then 2 with a 60 second rest.
Second rep on both felt way better than the first.

Summary

Christmas Day session. No lift, no gift!
Feel like this was a pretty high tonnage day compared to recent.
All good with a few edits.

All good here.
Due to a very specific type of laziness in that I couldn’t be bothered getting 2 bars out, I used the Axle just to see how it felt. Not too bad is the answer.

Axle PP 3×5 @ 52.5

Resting 2 minutes.
No problems here.
All moved nicely.

Hanging Knee Raises

Resting 2 minutes.
Grip was tough on the first set as the handles were damp.
Second set felt better.

Summary

Long stint off since starting I think.
All sorted now though so should have some more consistent session from here on out.

Log Press 5×5 @ 47.5

Resting 2 minutes.
Last set rep 1 was way off balance.
All the rest felt pretty good.

Deadlift 1×5 @ 145

Resting 2 minutes.
Felt like RPE9 on the last rep. Hopefully looks a bit quicker than that.
Felt good to hit all reps though.

Summary

First time lifting during active snowfall.
No problems with any of the lifts.
