First 2 sets all good. Moving nicely.
Last set felt a lot of strain in the adductors and ended up riding to the pins.
Maybe 5×3 would have been the better call here but felt ok initially.

Set 5 rep 5 was probably the most grindy bench rep I’ve ever done!
Deadlift 1×5 @ 142.5
Only 3 reps here.
Still feeling the adductor discomfort.
Pretty much gassed out after a long pull on the first rep.
Summary
Super heavy one today. A couple of glitches but will work them out by next session.
Have a physio appointment this afternoon so may be able to iron out some bits there.
Feels better to be back under some weight though after the last week.
