Last rep of the back set was a soft lockout.

Barbell Row (SS) 3 x AMRAP @ 62.5

Barbell Shrug (SS) 2 x AMRAP @ 62.5

Resting 2 minutes.
8s across all sets here.
Rows feeling ok and shrugs feeling better with the snatch grip.

Summary

Long one today to get caught up.
Upper body certainly feeling fresher than the legs.

Top set all good.
10 reps on the back set. Also feeling good.

Press 1 x 1 @ 60

Resting 2 minutes.
Ok top single. A little sticky but went up ok.
2×6 on the back sets.

Summary

Took Monday off lifting after 3 days of 20k+ steps at work.
Getting tired of feeling tired at the minute.
Lifts today all moving nicely once I got out there.

All feeling ok.

10 reps each here.
Still working these out.
Think I may need to get my knob out the way!

Feeling less tired than yesterday.

Top set feeling ok but legs still tired from nearly 20k at work yesterday.
8/8 on the back sets also feeling ok.

Bench 1 x 3 @ 90

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set feeling good and solid here.
Back sets 8/7. All good.

Summary

No major issues today.
Dealing with a little fatigue from work yesterday but didn’t feel too bad overall.

Top set felt ok.
Belt may have been a little low.
10 on the back set all feeling pretty good.

Press 1 x 3 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt pretty good.
Initial launch was off ended up being kinda strict… probably should have reset.
All good on the back sets. 10/10.

Summary

All good this morning.
No real issues on any lifts.
