All good here.
A little off balance on a few but managed to correct.

Deadlift 1×5 @ 140

Felt ok. Form may e off on a couple of reps as I was fatiguing.
Took an extra second to get the last rep under control.

No issues overall.

All good here. Felt like it moved nice and smooth.

Wide Bench 2xAMRAP @ 70

Resting until recovered.
Forgot to widen grip on set 1 so reset after setting up!
No issues after that.

All good despite the grim weather.

Bar feeling super heavy today. Felt like 3×5 was never going to happen so did 5×3 to get the numbers in.

Feeling pretty good here.
Definite improvement over last press AMRAP.

Sandbag Over Shoulder 5 minute AMRAP

This was horrible! Also fun!
12 reps total. I’m going to fill the bag for next time so its at its max of 60kg.

Summary

Didn’t feel like doing anything today. Had a tough 4 days of shifts at work and the weather wasn’t helping!
Feeling good after though… funny how that works!

Pretty good here.
Everything moving smooth.
Last rep was over an RPE8 but not by much.

Deadlift 1×5 @ 137.5

Resting 2 minutes.
Moved easier than I was expecting here.
Needed an extra breath before pulling rep 5.
