Squat 3 x 2 @ 152.5

Warmups feeling heavy.
Set 1 actually felt ok.
Set 2 rep 2 bottomed out so rode it to the pins.
Felt some strain/tightness in the left glute/hamstring that I’ve not felt before.

Summary

Unplanned week off last week thanks to general all round fatigue.

Called it early today after squat miss. Still feeling tired.
I did do a handful of front squats to see if the glut/ham feeling was still noticeable but it wasn’t.

Also feeling some discomfort in the right delt and have been for a few weeks. Only when under load or with my arm fully extended though.
Got a physical coming soon so will ask.

Think I need to change things up a bit at either the end of this block or just reset and start over with something fresh.
