Resting 3 minutes.
First set felt kinda heavy.
Set 2 had lots of toes!
Last set felt heavy but more stable.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 124

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 fine.
Set 2 felt better.
Super tight in the lumbar area after lifting.

Negative Chins 6 x 2 @ BW

Resting 2 minutes.
Not too bad here.
Struggling to hold at the top.

Summary

Cold start and slow to get going this morning.
All lifts good and solid.

50kg feeling heavy but moving ok.
Back sets @ 43 nearly failed on set 2.
Rested 4 minutes.
Last set difficult but finished it.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 112.5

Work sets feeling super heavy today.
Last rep of set 2 rocked onto the toes but managed to correct.
Rested 4 minutes before last set.
Rep 4 dropped too quick.
rep 5 the chest came up on the ascent.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 132.5

Last rep was a killer.
Feeling fatigued after rep 4.

Overhead Tricep Extension 3 x AMRAP @ 20

10/10/10. last few reps starting to get difficult.

Summary

Warm out this morning.
All felt ok.
A little wobbly on a few reps but seemed ok mostly.

All good and solid.

Pretty good overall here.
Set 4 felt more balanced than set 5.

Barbell Row 3 x 6 @ 63

Rep 3 was a bit off.
The rest felt ok.
Feeling light today.

Summary

All good.
Really enjoying the lighter Wednesdays.
One or two reps a little off today but the majority felt good and solid.

Backoffs at 42 felt heavy but went up.
Set 3 failed on the last rep.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 110

Felt ok. Concentrating on keeping the weight on my heels.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 122

Grip failed on set 1 rep 3. Finished the set with straps.
Last set ok.

Negative Chin Ups 5 x 2 @ BW

First 3 were solid but dropped off for last 2.

Summary

PR on press today but failed on the backoff.

Resting 5 minutes between sets.
All 3 sets moving fine.

10/10/10. All good
