Top set moved nicely. First 3 reps felt pretty easy!

Bar felt off balance on the un-rack of set 2 so restarted.
All good today. Everything moving nicely.
Best circuit was round 2 although i nearly gave up after. Had to remind myself that i’d paid good money for this treatment!

Top set was a though one. Totally misjudged the weight.
Felt like an RPE8 from rep 1 but gradually got more grim.
Felt like I did 5 singles with little rest rather than a smooth set.
5 reps on the back set went much better.

Soft belt needs wearing in a bit. Maybe should have gone for a size up but may just be initial stiffness.
