No issues here.
Arms feeling ok.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 100

All felt ok to me .
Arm soreness after set 2.
Concentrating on keeping the heels down.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 130

Lower back ache after warming up.
Last rep was a killer.

Overhead Tricep Extension 4 x 12 @ 15

Felt ok. Last few reps harder.

Summary

Pretty good today.
A little arm ache after squats but that soon dissapeared.

Set 4 failed on 2 reps. Couldn’t grind it out.
Set 5 was good. Last rep a little loose.
Will increase rest period next time.

Pause Squat 3 x 5 @ 90

Did 5×5 here.
Ache in the arms again so appears to be a squat issue.

Barbell Row 3 x 5 @ 65

Felt good.
All moving nicely.

Summary

Good morning.
No issues during press. Arm ache returned after squats.

Last 2 reps felt heavy.
Arms good. No wrist pain.

Bench 5 x 3 @ 70

Slight ache after warmups.
Got worse after set 4.
last set not as bad but still noticeable.

Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 130

First set felt good and solid.
Last set was slow and hard!

Jumping Chin Ups 5 x 3 @ BW

All good. Descent feeling slower.

Summary

Pretty good all round.
Arm soreness on bench dissipated around 30 minutes after the session.

Felt real heavy today.
Wrists beginning to hurt again.

Press 5 x 3 @ 47

Set 2 failed after 2 reps.
Same on set 3 and 4.
Rested 5 minutes and attempted set 5 but failed on 1.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 127.5

Feeling super heavy here today.

Overhead Tricep Extension 3 x 12 @ 15

Last set tough to get all 12.

Summary

Not bad with the exception of sore arms on press.

All good.
Feeling strong.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 58.5

Weird ache in the left arm after set 2.
Outer side between the bicep and tricep.
Feels a bit like someone punched me in the arm.
Last set ok but still feeling it on the left.

Barbell Row 3 x 5 @ 62.5

Felt ok.
reps 1 and 4 feeling best.

Jumping Chin Ups 5 x 3 @ BW

Difficult to control the descents here.

Summary

Squats felt good this morning.
Arms sore after bench.
