Set 2 last rep was a delightful crash. Not quite life flashing but "fun" anyway!

Axle Clean – 42.5 – 3×10
Pinch Hold – 20 – 3
All ok here.
Grip seemed pretty trashed by the end with the extra work on the axle cleans.
Summary
Felt ok overall today.
Fail on a squat for the first time in a long time but am sure it was a balance one off.
