All ok. Upper arm feeling it after the set. Maybe a slight strain over the weekend.
Roller working nicely on the forearms.

All ok today. Will continue to monitor left bicep/tricep grumpiness.

Set 1 managed to lift the Husafel but didn’t get any distance.
Set 2 was Husafel only for 9m.
Set 3 was Husafel for 9m followed by 60kg bag for 20m.

Summary

Felt like good work this morning.
May need to study up on how to get the Husafel sandbag lifted higher on the body.
