All 3 reps felt pretty good but not sure on depth on rep 1.

Stopped after 2 laps.
Cardio felt ok, as did press and carry, but right hip complaining in the start position of the row for most of set 2.

48km total in just under 3 hours on Wednesday.

Feeling a weird pressure in the left knee this morning. Seemed to sort itself out in the warmups.
