Block Pull 1 x 1 @ 160
Resting 3 minutes.
Attempted 175 but failed to break the blocks on 2 attempts.
Stripped back to 160 which moved fine.
Back sets 3×5 @ 140 all moved nicely.
Summary
All good just not enough in the tank for a PR.
All other sets ok. Achilles feeling fine today.
