Squat 3 x 5 @ 87.5

Shoes made a massive difference.
Felt way more solid.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 55

Wider grip.
Pushed feet out.
Felt better.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 97.5

Felt ok.
Chalk helped.
Still getting used to the belt here.

Summary

Just under an hour again.
Chalk on all black kit goes well!

Squat 3×5 @ 85

Belt arrived.
Bar felt tighter at the top with the narrower grip.
Tried no gloves but is feels like -2C.

Press 3×5 @ 40

Warmups felt good and solid.
Starting to feel heavy on the last set but still felt quite strong.

Deadlift

Fewer warmup sets felt better.
Felt stronger on the working set.
Belt helped too as something to brace against.

Summary

50 minutes total time.
Expecting shoes to arrive in time for next session.

Rocked back on rep 4.
Wrists feeling ok.

Bench 3×5 @ 52.5

Felt ok.

Deadlift 1×5 92.5

Stomach on quads @ 80×3.
Felt solid.
Don’t think I rested enough before top set.

Summary

Took about an hour.
Wrists felt better. Probably something to get used to.
Still unsure with bench but felt ok.
Deadlifts solid but need to take more rest.

Felt the knee drop in on second set.
Wrists slightly uncomfortable.

Press 3 x 5 @ 37.5

Arms on traps.
Felt better than last time.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 90

Lost count!
Felt toe heavy on warmup but felt like I corrected.

Summary

Just over an hour. All felt ok.
