Shoes made a massive difference.
Felt way more solid.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 55

Wider grip.
Pushed feet out.
Felt better.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 97.5

Felt ok.
Chalk helped.
Still getting used to the belt here.

Summary

Just under an hour again.
Chalk on all black kit goes well!
