10kg missload on set 2. Reset and did it properly secon time around.
3 on the top set. Went for 4 and failed on tech. Definitely had the energy to do it.

Resting 2 minutes.
All felt ok. Super fatigued on the last set.

Negative Chin Ups 1 x 21 @ BW AFAP

All good here. All reps in 03:57.
Getting more difficult after firs 10-12 reps.

Summary

No problems today. Weather warming up so may have to do some tarp roof maintenance soon.
Everything moving nicely.

Felt a little slower than previous.
Also struggled to find grip on a couple of occasions.

Wasn’t sure I was going to get all these.
Last 10 reps super tough.

Not sure on these. Stretch at the bottom felt ok.

Lower back a little sore following all sets. Les so on the later ones.
All reps moving ok.

Delightful stuff.

Summary

Post work session today to see if it affected energy levels at all.
Not keen on the pm sessions so will stick to what I know going forwards.
Replaced the sand bag with a 12 minute high pace ride home from work into a head wind.
