Set 2 last rep was a delightful crash. Not quite life flashing but "fun" anyway!

All ok here.
Grip seemed pretty trashed by the end with the extra work on the axle cleans.
Felt ok overall today.
Fail on a squat for the first time in a long time but am sure it was a balance one off.

All 3 reps felt pretty good but not sure on depth on rep 1.

Stopped after 2 laps.
Cardio felt ok, as did press and carry, but right hip complaining in the start position of the row for most of set 2.
All ok today with the exception of some row issues.
