Felt light on the unrack.
Well pleased with a triple @ 100.
Back sets of 5 all good.

Solid morning with a super early start.
No issues overall.

Moved ok.
Biggest lift since before September, I think.
8 reps on the back set.

Top set was a bit of a fighter but probably moved ok.
5s on the back sets which felt fine.

All good this morning.
Everything cold but moving well.

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt ok. Seeing a few spots after rep 3 but moved fine.
8 and 5 on the back sets. Should have rested a bit longer I think.
All moved ok but back set 2 fatigued quickly.

Bench 1 x 5 @ 85

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt pretty good again.
Felt a little heavier out the rack than I expected but moving ok again.
7/6 on the back sets all moving nicely.

Summary

Solid start today.
Felling a little heavy all round but everything seemed to move nicely.
Got some nutrition coaching for the next few weeks. See if we can clean up the diet and increase some energy levels again.

Thought about an 11th but felt pretty cooked at that point.

Heavy but doable on the top set here.
Felt good and solid overall.
7/8 on the back sets.
Also feeling good.
