Set 3 similar. Felt more stable but equally sticky.

Right tricep feeling off this morning. Like someone has punched me in the arm! Maybe slept funny on that side.
Set 1 moving ok.
Slowing significantly on last reps of set 2. Extra rest.
Set 3 feeling similar to set 2.
All ok.

Tricep not as bothered here, I think due to the push press rather than strict.

All good today with a little tricep discomfort to start. Seems to have fixed itself now though will continue to monitor.
