Lower back cooking from Block Pulls so dropping to 100kg.

Added chins rather than Row to ease off the lower back tension. Am way out of practice on them!
Calf/Tib work all ok.

Summary

Block Pull PR but then the workout dropped off after that. 
Not the best but I’ll take it.

Left hip starting to complain during goblet squat set 2. Only did 5 reps.
Calling it there to stretch out.

Summary

Main squats all ok.
Accessory work aggravating the left hip so stopped early. Will stretch out and monitor over then next week.
