Last rep was bad!
All work sets didn’t feel that great.
Maybe a couple of good reps.

Barbell Row 3 x 5 @ 70

Second set felt better but all were pretty good.

Summary

Fairly easy this morning.
Felt pretty good overall.
Not 100% happy with squats but second set felt ok.
