Feeling heavy but moving fine.
Last set felt difficult but manageable.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 130
Narrower grip today. Felt ok.
Set 1 last rep rocked way forwards. Felt super heavy.
Set 2 more solid but struggling to get a breath at the top on the last 2 reps.
Set 3 felt best of the lot.
Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 126
Mild ache in the lower back after squats.
Hip flexor stretches between sets eased the ache a little.
Summary
Not bad this morning.
Back ache gone completely after deadlifts.
Squats feeling heavy but moving ok.
