Bench 5 x 3 @ 77
Set 1 super heavy but moving.
Felt tight in the right shoulder.
Set 2 feeling better.
Last set slower but felt solid.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 137.5
Last warmup feeling heavy.
Set 1 failed on rep 5. Lost it at the bottom and couldn’t grind it out.
Set 2 rep 1 felt a twinge in the lower back on the left side, top of the glute.
Set 3 failed on rep 2.
Barbell Row 4 x 5 @ 77.5
Lower back feeling tight here.
Getting worse on last 2 sets.
Summary
Ok morning.
Only 2 of 3 possible PRs.
First full bail on the squats and had to do it twice!
