Bench 3 x 3 @ 90
Resting 4 minutes.
Set 1 all good but but forgot the wraps.
Set 2 all good.
Set 3 started getting a cramp in the lower back on rep 1 but seemed to disappear for rep 2.
Pin Press 3 x 4 @ 74
Resting 4 minutes after the bench sets at 90kg.
Bit of a mix bag of good reps and bad. Felt a few go off balance.
Failed on set 5 after 2 attempts.
Summary
Not too bad overall.
