Failed on a cheeky PR attempt. Feeling over confident after a triple @ 100 last week.
Gave it a good fight but couldn’t quite get it.
Got away with some good time under tension though.

Barbell Row 3 x AMRAP @ 60

Resting 3 minutes.
3×10. All ok here.

Summary

Hybrid double up today as wasn’t at all feeling anything yesterday.
Pretty decent overall across the board today though.
