2nd set felt off so reset the un-rack.
No major issues.
Circuit 3 Laps
Resting 90 seconds.

Pinch – 20 –
All good here.
Triceps failed on last set of log.
Everything else working well.
Pinches much improved.
Soft belt needs wearing in a bit. Maybe should have gone for a size up but may just be initial stiffness.
Summary
Getting going late today.
All good once I got moving.
