All ok here.
Tight in the hip flexor today especially on the right side.
Lateral Lunge 3 x 1 @ BW
Resting 90 seconds.
Set 1 used the bench for balance.
Set 2 balanced off the floor.
Set 3 with +5kg. Found the extra balance variable slightly more difficult but managed ok.
Bench 1 x 1 @ 112.5
Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 felt like it was over too quickly.
Back sets 7 and 6 @ 90kg with no issues.
Summary
No problems overall today.
