Resting 3 minute(s).
Felt super heavy on the shoulders this morning.
Seemed to move ok.
Right adductor feeling off while de-racking the weights after.
Started goblet squat but adductor immediately barking at me when picking up the kettle bell.
Calling it a day there before any more damage is done.
Could be off due to the elongated break in my lifting schedule currently.
Summary
Not good, not bad.
