Feeling heavy this morning.
Some mild discomfort in the shoulder on the squat but widening grip a finger with seemed to ease that off.
All ok in the end though.
Sandbag SS 5 x – @ 60/80/100

Bit of a mix here.
Managed half a length of drive with the Husafel sandbag.
Set 2 was never going to move it so shifted to running the 80kg bag.

All good today.
Sandbags always good fun!
