Set 1 ok. Knees making some loud noises!
Set 2 moved nicer but slower on rep 2.
Last set ok but slow again on rep 2.

Going for slow and even on these.
Still a joy to experience.

Summary

No problems this morning.
Shoulder seemed ok under the squat. Have some rehab work planned for later in the week.
