Due to a very specific type of laziness in that I couldn’t be bothered getting 2 bars out, I used the Axle just to see how it felt. Not too bad is the answer.

No problems here.
All moved nicely.
Hanging Knee Raises
Resting 2 minutes.
Grip was tough on the first set as the handles were damp.
Second set felt better.
Summary
Long stint off since starting I think.
All sorted now though so should have some more consistent session from here on out.
