Felt ok here.
Deadlift 3×10 @ 20
Couple of twinges.
Stretched after with felt ok.
Bench 1×5 @ 96
Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt heavy.
Seemed to move ok though.
No adverse strain on the back so far.
Press 5×4 @ 56
Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 felt super heavy.
Started dropping reps after that.
Stripped to 52.5kg for sets 4 and 5.
Summary
Reasonable restart.
No painkillers today as they’ve been havoc on my stomach. Off my food most of the last 2 days.
Will continue stretched throughout the day to relieve any symptoms.
I can feel I’m not fully trusting any lifts at the minute but the heavy stuff for today moved ok.
