Top set felt good.
Back sets feeling ok.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 125
Resting 60 seconds.
Mix bag here.
Couple of reps slow and difficult but some feeling good and solid.
Sit Ups 3×12 @ BW
Resting 90 seconds.
Starting to feel these in the abs more week on week.
Summary
Decent morning today. Terrible weather but gym buddy no 2 making an appearance.
No major issue on the lifts.
