Top set felt ok. Noticed it a little in the lower back.
Back sets felt way better.

Resting 30 seconds.
All good here.

Hollow Body Hold 3xAMRAP @ BW

Resting 90 seconds.
Tougher to hold as long this week which probably means technique is better.

Summary

No problems overall.
Everything moving pretty well.
