Back sets feeling super solid.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 125
Resting 90 seconds.
First 2 felt ok.
Lower back started complaining on set 3 so stripped back to 100kg for the remainder.
All good from that point.
Sit-Ups 3×8 @ BW
Resting 60 seconds.
All ok… I think.
Summary
Not too bad overall. Deadlifts still feeling tight but squats not feeling as bad today.
