Last rep didn’t get fully above the bar so held it for a bit.

Didn’t fancy the run this morning.Nearly cut it short at the 1.5km mark but thought “Fuck it” at the junction and did the extra half lap round the block.

Decent one today. Nice and steady on everything.
Squats feeling super stable.
