Top set went up but technique was a fair bit off!
Back set felt fatigued but all good.
Press 4×5 @ 54
Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Failed on set 3 after a bad throw and the bar going forward.
Set 4 was all good.
Circuit
3x 40kg Keg 40m, 6x 100kg tyre flip, AMRAP Push ups.
Lap1 – 1:46 – 12 pushups
Lap2 – 2:04 – 10 pushups
Lap3 – 2:02 – 8 pushups
Summary
No problems today.
Cooler temperature lead to a better circuit.
