Squat (Tempo) 1×1 @ 120

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Top set not really an RPE9. Felt like I could have gone heavier.
Back sets felt tougher than expected but moved smoothly.

Deadlift 10×1 @ 102

Warmups good. Resting 30 seconds.
No problems. Moving nice and quick.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 48

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Mix bag here. Not feeling as good as last session.

Summary

A little fuzzy this morning, decent lifts though.
Feeling better after lifting than I did before!
