Top set pause felt like it was about a week long! Felt like it moved smooth though.
Back sets felt super tough.

Squat 10×2 @ 120

Resting 90 seconds.
No issues today.
Shoulder and wrist feel fine.

Summary

All heavy but all moving so I’m not going to complain.
