No problems.
Row 1×5 @ 90 (descending)
Resting 2 minutes.
All good.
Push Press 3×5 @ 57
Resting 2 minutes.
Set 1 rep 5 felt a pain in the left wrist. Think it may have taken the weight at an on angle.
Setup for set 2 but the wrist issue persisted so left the rest.
