Failed on Set 1 Rep 1.
Backset initially loaded incorrectly. Reset and started again.
All went up but bar rolling a bit on set 1.
Set 2 all good.

Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.

Set 1 feeling slow and heavy.
Sets 2 and 3 pretty much the same.
Last set feeling fatigued but moved pretty well.

Summary

Mixed start this morning. Failure on deadlift. Not sure what caused it. Maybe just needed to push harder. Squat warmups feeling ok today so went with 4×5 which moved well enough.

Set 2 felt better.
No issues on the back set.

Went straight to the pins with no resistance!
Back sets feeling fine.

Set 1 felt heavy but set 2 was no problem.

Tired today.
Always tough at work around this time of year.
Squat is there but not after boxing day weekend at work!

Left arm feeling weaker on set 2.
Last set was ok. Still a little unstable but felt better than set 2 and 4.

Pretty good overall.
Left arm on bench feeling weaker.

No problems with doubles.
