Banded shoulder extensions (under and over arm)
Lateral raise @ 2.5kg – need to go slower on these.
Bent-over Y raise @ 2.5kg

Bench 3 x 8 @ 90

Resting 3 minute(s).
Set 1 moving nicely.
Set 2 feeling a little tougher.
Gassed out on set 3 after 6 reps.

Arm SS 3 x 10/10/5 @ BW/20/1

Resting 2 minute(s).
Set 3 going for AMRAP.
All ok but not much left in the arms.

Summary

No major problems this morning.
Shoulder rehab stuff feeling ok.

Set 1 ok. Knees making some loud noises!
Set 2 moved nicer but slower on rep 2.
Last set ok but slow again on rep 2.

Leg SS 3 x 20 @ 20/BW

Going for slow and even on these.
Still a joy to experience.

No problems this morning.
Shoulder seemed ok under the squat. Have some rehab work planned for later in the week.

All moving nicely on these.
Grip starting to struggle on final 2 reps of set 3.

All good this morning despite the single reps on bench.

Feeling heavy this morning.
Some mild discomfort in the shoulder on the squat but widening grip a finger with seemed to ease that off.
All ok in the end though.

Sandbag SS 5 x – @ 60/80/100

Resting 2 minute(s).
Bit of a mix here.
Managed half a length of drive with the Husafel sandbag.
Set 2 was never going to move it so shifted to running the 80kg bag.

Summary

All good today.
Sandbags always good fun!
