Right shoulder needs looking at I think. Some mild discomfort when getting the bar on the shoulders. Wider grip helps but that reduces the tightness in the upper back.
Set 2 feeling ok too.
Last set all good.
Shoulder not too bad after. May need to warm it up next time.

Increasingly more fun each time.

Feeling smoother on set 2. Need to feel out the technique.

Set 3 feeling way better. Still slower on rep 2 but less sticky.

Trying to be stricter on the curls.
Last few reps not strict in the slightest.

Had a typo on the initial bench session which put it at 170kg or around 160% of my 1RM… would have been interesting!
