Maybe slightly more than RPE8 on the top set but thats a PR equaller with no straps so I’ll take it.
Back sets no problem.

Squat 8 x 2 @ 150

Set 1 feeling heavy today.
Set 4 Rep 2 slowing so increased the rest periods for the rest of the sets.

All moving ok.
Fighting the heat and a sore throat this morning. Hopefully all will be fixed in the next week.
