Did a little massage work on the calves before the run. I’ve misplaced my foam roller so might need to have a dig around.
Same issue as last week! Same muscle, same leg, same point in the run!
Not sure if its definitely cramp.
Did a quick google… (I’m thinking about doing the Principles Course so I can communicate these issues better) and to me it feels like tightness in the lateral head of the Gastrocnemius but this time I’m also feeling tightness in the lower Bicep Femoris. Thinking that maybe I’ve aggravated some tendon between the two. I may be 100% wrong though!
Feeling good up until that point. First 2 intervals may have been a bit too quick but intervals 3-5 felt good and steady.
All good here.

Run is an interesting one… not sure on what to try here.
