Resting 4 minutes.
Top set fell forwards on rep 5 had to bail to the pins.
Lighter sets were all good.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 120

Resting 4 minutes.
Both sets feeling good.

Summary

Not bad today.
Failed on squat when the weight got in front of me.
Deadlifts feeling all good.

Resting 4 minutes.
62kg went up easy.
Back sets getting tough after set 5.
S7R1 fell forwards and had to fight rep 2.
Last set was also a tough one.

Bench 5 x 4 @ 81

Resting 4 minutes.
All good here.

Summary

Feeling better this morning.
All lifts felt pretty good.

Resting 4 minutes.
Hamstrings feeling super tight the last few days.
Got all 5 reps here but the last couple were tough.

Squat 4 x 5 @ 112

Resting 4 minutes.
Feeling super heavy on set 1 for some reason.
Sets 2 and 3 were ok.
Set 4 was best of the lot but still not that great.

Summary

Not too bad overall. Must be something up though because light stuff is feeling heavy today.

Set 1 all good.
Set 2 felt solid. Noticing the quads on the drive out the bottom.
Set 3 felt pretty good.

Pin Press 3 x 4 @ 73

Resting 3 minutes.
A little unstable on set 1.
Failed on S2R3. Whole set didn’t feel great.
Set 3 slow going.
Set 4 Failed again on rep 3.
Set 5 moved pretty well.

Summary

Not bad overall.
Weird failures on press.

Set 2 super hard on the last 2 reps.
Last set felt good.

Last rep felt more difficult than the rest but all good anyway.

Deadlifts feeling good.
No back issues today.
