Couple of reps floating forwards.
Second set felt ok but tight in the lumbar area after.

All felt solid.

No arm pain today.
Some crackly knees/hips on set 3.
Last set felt solid.

Grip going on last 2 reps of set 1.
Straps onset 2 but last rep rolled.

Jumping Chin Ups 6 x 3 @ BW

Dropping too quickly on last 2 sets.

Felt ok. No arm discomfort.
A little lower back soreness after deadlifts
