Zero rep on set 2 off 2 attempts.
Dropped to 55kg for 2 more sets which moved better.

All good on these.

Summary

All ok after the press fail. Right shoulder soreness seems to be consistent so will start to look into causes and rehab.

Tough set 1. Pulling lower blocks today.
Still tough on set 2.
S3 moving better eventually before fatiguing on last 2 reps.

All ok. Most difficult pulls I’ve done in a while.

Set 3 getting close to failure.

Arm SS 3 x 10/10/2 @ BW/20/1

Resting 1 minute(s).
Adding push ups to the super set to get some more volume in.
Reducing the reps on the curl to allow for the extra exercise.
Only 8 reps on the last set of push ups.

Summary

All good this morning.
Right shoulder complaining a little during warmups but soon sorted itself out.
Experimenting a little with extra volume.
