Top set moving slow today.
Quite a few kgs off where I’d planned on being.
Back sets moving better.
8/7/6 @ 80.

Summary

Slow one today.
Don’t think my heart was in it this morning.
Only did bench so still 1 session off schedule.

Block Pull 1 x 3 @ 161

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set all good, moved pretty nicely.
Loaded 160 then checked my PR board and added 1kg.
Back sets also good at 120.

Summary

Skipped Monday due to phone launch. Not as bad as previous years but still managing to clock a good few miles around the stock room.
Will double up tomorrow with bench and squat to get back on rotation.

Top set all good.
Closing in on PRs here now.
Back sets 7/6/7 @ 45 with no problems.
Trying a wider stance as suggested.
Certainly feels more stable and easier to lock on the quads.
