Volume at 40 defo feeling it!

Squat 3 x 5 @ 102.5

Set 2 solid.
All felt ok to me.

Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 132.5

Losing grip on last rep of set 1.
Didn’t quite lock out fully.
last set felt ok but first seemed better.

Overhead Tricep Extension 3 x AMRAP @ 20

10/7/9. No problems.
