Squat 3 x 5 @ 125

Feeling stiff today.
All sets feeling super heavy.
Slow on the last 2 reps

Bench 4 x 5 @ 66

Still feeling stiff.
First set heavy but moving ok.
Set 2 and 3 felt better.
Last set felt solid.

Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 126

All good here.
Last set rep 1 was slow but 2 and 3 moved quicker.

Summary

Everything feeling difficult this morning.
Deadlift was best of the lot.
